We bring together specialized professionals who work collaboratively to provide strategic, responsive and high-quality advice, integrating the capabilities required to address each client's specific challenges.
The firm is led by Medalith Albarracinan intellectual property attorney with more than fifteen years of experience advising domestic and international companies on the protection, management and valuation of intangible assets.
Our founder
Medalith Albarracin holds a law degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru (PUCP) and an LL.M. in Intellectual Property with a concentration in Pharmaceutical Law from Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia. She further developed her international perspective through the Summer Course on Intellectual Propertyorganized by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property (IMPI), strengthening an international perspective on intellectual property practice.
Throughout her career, she has advised domestic and international companies on trademarks, patents, copyright, industrial designs, contracts, IP enforcement and intangible asset protection strategies.
In addition to her legal practice, she is actively involved as a speaker, author and member of national and international intellectual property organizations, contributing to the development and dissemination of the field.
